The 120,000 square meter inner city area had been a brownfield site since the 1990s. Aurelis owned approximately 80,000 square meters of this space. The area was to be developed into a high-quality residential and service location in close collaboration with the City of Dortmund.
Based on market-driven and future-oriented urban planning designs, we were responsible for making the site ready for building construction, connecting it to public infrastructure and marketing the development plots. Constructive collaboration with the City of Dortmund, the many advantages of the site and our expertise meant that the project was a rapid success.
