A new city district was to be created on a 340,000-square-meter former commercial area, of which Aurelis owned around 180,000 square meters. The area is located opposite the park of Nymphenburg Palace. Pasing Station – with connections to both long-distance and metropolitan railways – is within walking distance.
The city and four further property owners apart from Aurelis jointly developed the concept for the land, envisaging an urban character for the area. The new quarter was also to be connected with the surrounding city districts and the park of Nymphenburg Palace. All building plots on the area were sold within around three years.
Aurelis assumed responsibility for the development of the district. In our section alone, more than 124,000 square meters of residential floor space and around 5,000 square meters of commercial space were created. The green portion of the new quarter amounts to more than 55,000 square meters.
