A new residential district in Cologne-Rondorf

Together with our joint venture partner Amand, we develop a new residential district for approx. 3,000 inhabitants in southern Cologne. Through the extension of the north-south urban railway, Rondorf gets a good connection to the city center of Cologne. The development concept envisages a mix of detached houses and multistory buildings. 30 percent of residential units are to be planned for publicly funded housing. A spacious parkway, a square with amenities for local supply, a crèche, different primary schools and a secondary school complete the offering.

    • Improvement of transport infrastructure: the thoroughfare in Rondorf will be relieved by a ring road and the urban railway improves the local public transport network.

    • Detached houses as well as privately financed and publicly subsidized multistory buildings will be developed.
