The first component, the LANUV building (Landesamt für Natur und Verbraucherschutz NRW), has already been completed. The new building comprises 6,944 m² of office space and a laboratory building with 9,619 m² of office and usable space.
By the end of 2019, an office building with a gross floor area of approx. 18,000 m² will be constructed on an adjacent construction site. Interested parties can rent both small and large areas here. Two to three further buildings are planned for the area in the following years. The basis for these plans is the development plan, which includes uses such as offices, hotels, services, etc.
