The heritage protected Werkhalle 6 is situated in the entrance area of the business campus Triebwerk and has a total rental area of 5,300 square meters. Originally, the building was used as a repair workshop for postal vehicles, but later a railway track maintenance workshop was set up there.
Our aim was to renovate the building according to the specifications of the preservation order and to supplement it with modern installations. Marketing took place during the refurbishment. In mid-2017, the first tenant - an automobile company - opted for 2,800 square meters in the property.
In June 2018, we signed a long-term lease for 2,500 square meters with a technology company. We extended the 1,660 square meter floor space for the company by approximately 840 square meters through the installation of a gallery. Administration, production and research & development of the technology company can thus be brought together at one location.
