This area spreading out over approximately 36,000 square meters is situated in the southeast of Karlsruhe. A smaller part of the property was already rented. In close coordination with the City of Karlsruhe, the remaining wasteland was also to be made usable again.
We developed an utilisation concept for the plot, which was based on its ideal transportation links and high demand for logistics spaces. A drugstore market chain expressed interest, enabling us to plan and develop the property together with the company.
After a six-month construction period, we completed and transferred the new logistics building on schedule. A commissioning hall with pallet racking systems and a three-storey administrative building have been created on the approximately 20,000 square meters plot of land.
Through constructing a future-viable property and concluding a long-term rental contract, we have acquired a renowned company for the City of Karlsruhe. In the meantime, we have sold the property.
