We acquired this industrial and logistics property with a rentable space of around 30,400 square meters in June 2014. Approximately five percent of the space was rented as of the purchase date.
We rapidly found a tenant for the mixed-use commercial property due to its good location in the Hulb business zone. In the first quarter of 2015, we had already concluded a long-term rental contract with an automotive manufacturer, thereby boosting the occupancy rate to 100 percent.
We conducted the renovation in close coordination with the future tenant, resulting in the creation of spaces that are comparable with newly developed office and production areas, and also optimally meet the tenant’s requirements.
The company moved into the new space at the end of 2015.
