The 5 percent study - Where it still pays off to invest

In the past, 5 percent was seen as a target yield by investors. This study provides an overview of the current benchmark values – in an investment market where yields are adjusted downward and a 5 percent yield is becoming an ever more distant prospect. This study aims to shift the focus to the performance of the different types of use. In doing so, it not only analyzes the core segment for very risk-averse investors, but also the opportunities for yield-focussed non-core investors.
