Through intensive dialogue with our tenants, we develop individual concepts in asset management. First, we want to understand the business model of the user. With this knowledge, we develop a property that optimally supports the business processes. At the same time, we design the property in such a way that alternative usability is ensured. If a company's processes and strategies later change, further design ideas must be feasible, and under some circumstances even at short notice. With very specifically tailored real estate this is not possible. Here the know-how of an expert in mixed-use commercial properties is required.
