Our projects are successful due to target-oriented and partnership-based collaboration with our business partners and due to the satisfaction of our customers. This is why we pay such close attention to transparency, fairness, and reliability in our cooperative work, which also means setting clear joint targets with our partners and investing all our effort and energy in achieving them.
When it comes to understanding our tenants and buyers' requirements and business objectives, listening comes first for us. This is the only way to develop intelligent solutions together. We use this as the basis for managing our properties sustainably across their entire life cycle. A high level of customer loyalty is the result.
We've already been awarded several sustainability certificates for our projects. Two large-scale city district developments – in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf – have received platinum and gold sustainability certificates from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). Modernization and refurbishment projects such as the one in Münster, and construction projects such as those in Nuremberg and Munich, have also already been certified.
But sustainability isn't just based on certificates. Wildlife conservation and establishing biotopes and green areas form part of day-to-day work on our projects. And conserving protected architecture is also sustainable: we work closely with heritage protection authorities when extensively revitalizing industrial halls or buildings from the Gründerzeit (the era of rapid industrial expansion in Germany in the late 19th century). Last but not least, we also stand for economic and business sustainability by offering individual real-estate solutions to companies ranging from start-ups through to large corporate groups.
