From vacant property to first-class real estate

Within a very short time, we revitalized a fallow property located in Herrenberger Straße, Böblingen, into a modern commercial location: despite its good location in one of Germany’s top economic centers, only around five percent of the industrial and logistics space was rented when we acquired it.

Thanks to our in-house rental management team, we were able to conclude a long-term rental agreement with an automotive company in just a few months and fully let the approx. 30,400 square meter site. We then worked closely with the future tenant to refurbish the spaces and develop tailor-made office and production spaces for the company’s needs.
